摘要: 待生酸处理装置管道管径大、温度高,设备管口允许受力要求严苛。装置平面布置紧凑,无法通过自然补偿方式吸收管道的热胀位移,需在管系中设置膨胀节降低管道应力。介绍了管道膨胀节相关标准以及适用场合,列举了膨胀节的常用型式以及吸收位移类型。以装置典型管系为例,对膨胀节设置方案进行比选,得出了单式万向铰链型成对使用对降低设备管口受力优于复式拉杆型的结论;并对盲板力计算和膨胀节管系支架设置进行了剖析

Abstract: Spent acid treatment unit is featured by large pipe diameter, high temperature and extremely low allowable stress on equipment nozzle. With the compact layout of the unit, it is unable to absorb the thermal expansion displacement of the pipeline through natural compensation, so expansion joints need to be installed in the pipeline system to reduce the pipeline stress. This article introduces the relevant standards and applications of expansion joints, and lists the common types of expansion joints and the types of absorption displacement. Taking the typical pipeline system in the unit as an example, this article compares the design schemes of expansion joints. It is concluded that the use of single gimbal hinged expansion joint in pairs is superior to the use of double tied expansion joint in reducing the equipment nozzle stress. The calculation of blind plate force and the design of expansion joint piping support are discussed.
